Yes, we offer styling services such as curling, straightening, or volume blowouts after your Head Spa treatment. Styling must be requested in advance and will incur an additional charge.
All of our scalp care products are safe for color-treated and keratin-treated hair. However, we recommend waiting at least 7 days after any chemical hair treatment before visiting TR• for a Head Spa, to ensure optimal results and avoid any fading during detoxification.
Yes — absolutely. At TR•, we have specialized techniques and carefully selected products that are safe and soothing for pregnant clients. All ingredients used in our treatments are gentle, non-toxic, and pregnancy-safe. If you have any medical concerns or sensitivities, please consult your doctor and inform us in advance so we can tailor the experience. Note: Clients lie flat on their backs during the service. If this position is uncomfortable, we recommend waiting until after delivery.
Yes, we work with all hair types, including coily, curly, braided, and dreadlocks. To ensure effective scalp care, we kindly request clear access to the scalp. Clients with extensions, braids, or dreadlocks may be asked to remove or loosen them if they block the scalp. TR• is not responsible for any damage if the service is performed while such styles are in place.
You may film or take photos for 1–2 minutes at the beginning of the treatment. Please ensure your phone is on silent mode and avoid talking loudly, as other guests may be relaxing nearby. We encourage you to set your phone aside afterward to fully enjoy the experience.
Please arrive on time to enjoy your full service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying the next guest, and full charges will still apply.
Yes! TR• offers custom birthday or anniversary setups upon request — including flowers, cake, and small gifts. This service is available with an additional charge and must be booked in advance to ensure availability and preparation.
