TR• SPA POLICIES

These policies apply to all services provided by TR• Beauty Spa and TR• Wellness Spa. 

By booking an appointment or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms below.

1. SERVICES

  • All services, including packages, are final and non-refundable once purchased, booked, or completed.
  • Refunds will not be granted due to dissatisfaction or unmet expectations. However, we are committed to addressing concerns through follow-up consultations and treatment adjustments if needed.
  • Service changes are allowed only if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment and must be of equal or lesser value.

2. PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL OFFERS

  • All discounted services, promotions, and special offers are non-refundable.
  • Deposits made to secure appointments are also non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is only accepted if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

3. GIFT CARDS & PACKAGES

  • All Gift Cards, Service Vouchers, and Spa Packages are final and non-refundable.

  • Some services within a package may be exchanged for another service of equal value if applicable.

4. MEMBER CARD

  • Member Cards cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

  • Cardholders may use their membership for themselves and one registered guest per visit.

  • Member Cards are only valid for services and cannot be used to purchase products.

5. PRODUCTS

  • Unused and unopened retail products in original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

  • Products are not eligible for refunds.

6. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

  • Clients must notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling request at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • After two no-show incidents, a $50 penalty must be paid in advance to secure any future bookings.

7. GENERAL POLICIES

  • TR• reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.

  • TR• reserves the right to modify booking and refund policies at any time.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours. We are not responsible for complaints made after 48 hours.
